In the last three weeks he's had three third places, posting the second fastest bike splits in each race behind arguably the best triathlete in the country in his age group. This has resulted in him being selected to represent the North East in the British Triathlon Inter regional competition in September. On Wednesday he rode a 26:12 in a RTTC event at Croft circuit to finish in 7th overall beating a good number of adults on the way.
