I think you can tell from all their smiling faces how happy they are. I want to say a huge thank you to Nicola and all of her team for looking after us last night, you really did go the extra mile!
One thing i constantly say to our team here at Caygill's is "we're a great team!" And within a great team you have multiple people to help and serve the public with all their needs. The other thing I constantly say to our team is that it costs nothing to smile and be polite, and I think that's also in life in general.
