Latest renovation.

Somewhat tired, this Mercian Strada Special was presented to us at Caygills for renovation and to build into a full bicycle. Having given faithful service since 1997, the paintwork required refreshing and the owners wishes were that the bike was to be "updated". Post beadblast, the reynolds 653 built frame proved in good order with only a few areas needing some brazing, so we set about returning the frames paint lustre and charm. We hope you agree the finished result is not one you see everyday and looks very much the business
